Is there any way to make firefox read lets say text a and show text b(predifined by user me a=b)?
I would like to ask if firefox can change the way i view a certain set of characters or a name lets say in a non English language to an English name that i inputted so name a=name b and when i open the website which has name a firefox will show me name b so i can recognize it far more easily as an English speaker

AFAIK Firefox has no native option to change page content like that. The closest option that comes to mind would be an in-line translator add-on, but the ones I know of only translate whole pages on the fly, not individual words.
