ZTE Open C for Firefox OS the date lags behind the system time so that reminders are delayed. How can I fix this?

On my open C phone I use Jorte for my calender because the system calendar doesn't accept recurring appointments. It works well except sometimes the time/day displayed by Jorte gets behind the system time, which means calendar reminders also come late. Any ideas for fixing this?

In "settings" > "date and time". Is "Set automatically" switched on?

Sorry for extremely slow reply. Yes, 'set automatically' is switched on.

Date and time are setup at the data connexion even without consumming data.
