Hi guys,

I am trying to use the FireFox command -CreateProfile to create a new profile at another windows account (example logging in as administrator while trying to create a new profile for windows account "demo"). This will actually fail because not all the files are created (missing profile.ini and etc..). However, when I tried to create a new profile directly under the logged in windows account (example logging in as demo while trying to create a new profile for demo) the command works successfully.

May I confirm that it is due to the limitation of the command that Firefox cannot create a new profile under a different windows account?

Chosen solution

Yes - each logon user account gets its own profiles.ini file and -CreateProfile only works for the current logon user account.
