My curser and hour glass flutter back and forth several time a second. This only happens in Firefox, it does not happen in IE. I have did an uninstall (using norton) then reinstalled, checked updates, refreshed and rebooted computer; still there. The response time when I click on a subject item has slowed as well.

I found the problem JAVA "Shockwave" Changed to "Ask to Activate", from "Always Activate"
