I've tried all the suggested fixes. There was a problem with Facebook, but I found a fix elsewhere for that. If I use Gmail, the mail opens but I can't type a Reply nor Compose a new message. If I use Google+, I cannot type into the posting box. Google Inbox, does work, however. Everything works fine on Chrome, but up until this latest upgrade I prefer Firefox.

hi, you have quite a lot of addons which could make things difficult to diagnose because one of them might interfere. could you try to clear the cache & cookies from google.com andthen see if you can replicate this behaviour when you launch firefox in safe mode once?

Thank you Phillip, but as I mentioned, I tried all the troubleshooting suggestions before posting the question. Nevertheless, I restarted in Safe Mode, cleared my cache & cookies, then restarted in Safe Mode again...same problems. I'd prefer not to Refresh, I've had to do that with past upgrades, and it just seems to add to my frustration, not to mention not solving those problems at the time either. I'm open to any other suggestions.
