I cannot access dreamstime via ftp

Hello there I used the ftp when I fist installed firefox and manged to send files fine to dreamstime, however when I have tried for the last 2 days I can't get it to work. It workds fine for another site, the name I am trying to access is upload.dreamstime.com. Any advice would be great. Thanks
