Can I switch profiles without stopping Firefox?

I have two profiles I use frequently and it would be useful to be able to toggle between them. So far, the only way I have found to change is to stop Firefox and restart it in the profile.

You can add -no-remote to the command line to open another Firefox instance with its own profile and run multiple Firefox instances simultaneously.
