Hello.

Please help me with the following, highly annoying issue. I just changed laptops and signed in to Firefox with my Mozilla account on the new device. Unfortunately the bookmarks and passwords were not updated so I can't see them.

I thought I'll sync the windows app with the android app that I have on my phone and where I have and can see all the saved passwords.

I followed the instructions on how to connect another device that say to open the Android app, go to syncing and tap the ready to scan button to read the QR code. The problem: there is no Tap Ready To Scan button on my phone! I looked for it everywhere and it just isn't there. Please see the attached images.

All I want is to import the passwords and bookmarks from my phone to my laptop. Please help me.

I've tried to fix this issue about deception but the more try to fix it I deem to make it worse my search history speaks for itsself , I didn't and still understand fully how To fix the issue I'm frustrated and over it , in short all I've tried to do is to declare a Google account is used for my personal Google search only , I've never meant to make u think I own a business of any kind , I didn't and STILL DONT understand what buttons I've pushed or why I can't fix it

I have several collections in Firefox on my old phone, things I use regularly. It's the only way to save websites on the phone, so I assumed this would sync to my new phone.

I can see an archived thread about this from 2022, is it really not possible to sync these? It seems bizarre to offer the capability to bookmark sites, but not allow it to live with you.

Will it ever be possible? Or should I stop relying on this feature? The main collection I use frequently is one for recipes.

Please help. Was on phone with a Samsung rep who deleted my Firefox account. When I signed back in I forgot my password so I changed it. I've lost everything and don't know how to get it back. Any help is appreciated.

Any way to delete all my bookmarks on Android before syncing with my desktop?

I reset my data by using the lost password link, so all fresh and ready to sync with desktop. deleting one at a time might take months.
