My firefox browser crashes and is almost unusable. I'm on windows 10 and the only thing that has been updated in months is Firefox. I do not believe in upgrading computers and have surgery schedule in a couple of weeks so buying a new computer isn't feasible right now. I've used firefox since I bought my first computer and I want it back.

I currently have Version 115.37.0esr (64-bit). When I click Check For Updates, it says I'm updated to the current version, but apparently the current version is 152.0.6. Why can't I get this version?

today i open firefox ask me to reastart for a update i did it ask me to do instal a helper i did then i open it then agian on a loop i task me to intall a helper i did like 50 times hwo cna i jsut do the update and get otu fo the loop of intaling helpers for firefox

Every time I log on to Firefox, or attempt to use the brozser, I am asked to update Firefox. So I proceed to do the update download; The software refuses to do anything. So I continue with the old release. Apparently, this is a common problem. Yet Firefox staff continues to ignore the situation.

HOW DOES ONE UPDATE THE FIREFOX SOFTWARE?????

I am fed up having to update firefox every single day !! Is it not completing the update or is there some glitch that keeps occurring ??

I have used FF for quite a while and ignored MicroSoft Edge... but I dont know how much longer I can carry on with this slowdown !!

Origine du fichier: Disque dur de cet ordinateur." Pourtant dans les paramètres on indique que tout est à jour et aucune action n'est requise. Comment le flusher sans qu'il réapparaisse à tout moment et comment puis-je m'assurer que ce n'est pas de l'intrusion ?

Want to roll back my latest update. all my saved items on home page,bookmark and history tiles vanished. Firefox shouldnot give two rips what browser I am using be it: Windows 10 11, 13, 7 ,or ME

Every time I log into MOZILLA_FIREFOX it asks to update. I have tried this before. I usually just hit that NO button...When I do click on the YES button & try to update...IT WIPES OUT EVERYTHING I HAVE STORED ON FIREFOX. EVERY SINGLE PASSWORD...SHOPPING LISTS...I'm done! I now once again have to go and recover all my information. Thing is....it updates automatically........so WTH is going on? I will start looking for aother browser...is this a scam or what?

Everytime I open firefox, a small window opens that tells me "Update available Download the latest version of firefox, Download or Dismiss". Hitting download saves the update for ver 151.0.4 to my harddrive. I have several of these files because of all the times I've updated forgetting that its already been updated to 151.0.4!

Why do you keep asking me to upgrade when I already did?

To get here I went to "mozilla support" and I clicked the box requesting you send me an email when someone replies to this. This "someone" implies that this person is part of your "community" not a mozilla employee, which is what "mozilla support" implies. After taking my time to follow your vague directives, I dont expect to get any help from you but I am hopeful.

I tried adding images which took me away from this page and when I tried coming back to this page, everything I typed was gone so I had to start over. So I'm not going to click on "share data" for the fear the same thing will happen. Thanks for that
