Can I do a Boolean keyword search looking for more than one keyword on a webpage? (e.g. "Nonfinancial" OR "Satisfaction")

Hi, I know how to use the Ctrl+F feature, but I would like to use it for 15 to 20 different words. I want to be able to search the page for every instance of any of the words. I'm not trying to bookmark pages. Rather, I am opening up documents from the web and trying to avoid having to type each of the 20 keywords in Ctrl+F individually. I'd like to do one big search for all of them simultaneously.

Thank you for your time, r
