Why do I get a 'Bad Request' message when trying to access my Provident Bank website bookmark?

For some unknown reason, I cannot access my bank account, which is bookmarked. I can access all other bookmarks without incident. The bank says the problem lies with Firefox. This problem just occurred since I upgraded my Firefox.
