Videos won't play on Instagram or Blue Sky (Desktop versions)

Recently I had a problem with Firefox opening a second icon on my Macbook. In order to fix it, I uninstalled and then re-downloaded Firefox. I tried to put everything back to the way it was before but I still have a problem with some websites not playing video. Most notably, Instagram and Blue Sky. I have attached screen shots. I have set Firefox to playback videos automatically but this has had no affect. Can anyone help?

Hi there! I tend to have this problem from time to time, but the best fix is turning off enhanced tracking protection to allow the videos to play. To do this, you just need to press the shield icon in the top left of the search bar and turn off enhanced tracking protection. After that the videos should play.
