Since the latest update I am having audio/video sync issues when switching tabs

If I have a tab open playing a live video stream (in my case BBC I player), if i switch to other tabs for a while, and then switch back to the stream tab the audio is out of sync with the video and the only way to fix it is to reload the page. This has never been a problem before but now it is
