Extensions & add-ons not working
About a ago, all of my extensions and add-ons stopped working. When I open a new tab, my home screen is supposed to load, but no longer does.

A year! That is a long time to live with this problem.
Could you try removing an extension and then re-installing it from the Add-ons site to see whether that helps? You didn't share your add-ons list, so I don't have any specific suggestions about which one to try, but maybe the one you most want to start working again. Exception: If a non-working extension stored data you can't afford to lose, skip that one for now.
One possible reason for extensions to vanish or stop working is if you are using private windows but the extension do not have permission to run in private windows. More info on fixing that problem in this article: Extensions in Private Browsing.

For the new tab page, do you mean the built-in Firefox Home page isn't displaying, or a custom home page isn't displaying? If it's a custom home page, I'm assuming that will be fixed when you can get the New Tab Override extension working again.
