If you are having trouble signing in to Mozilla VPN, you can try any of the steps in this article to resolve most issues.

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of Mozilla VPN.
  • Make sure you are using the email and password combination associated with the Mozilla account used to purchase your subscription.
  • Manually type in your credentials instead of pasting them or using a password management application.
  • Visit accounts.firefox.com on your web browser and sign in. Then try to sign in to Mozilla VPN.

If you’re unable to even sign in to accounts.firefox.com, then you may need to reset your Mozilla account.
