Buenas tardes.... Cuando los correos electrónicos van y vienen usando "responder" o "reenviar", pueden terminar con muchas líneas verticales a la izquierda de varios colores. Son para separar los hilos, que está muy bien.... pero... de alguna manera se pueden quitar estas líneas verticales? Gracias.

Como dato creo que no quedo foro ni lugar donde no busque

Tengo la versión 144.0.1 (64-bit)

Soy usuario desde las primeras versiones, y hasta hace 3 meses no tenia ningun problemas mas de los bug que salen con alguna versión.

Cambie de notebook con windows 11 exporte el perfil lo importe en mi nueva instalación.

Siempre al reiniciar pierdo las carpetas unificadas, borre las carpetas dentro del perfil y los archivos de mail etc etc.

Borre todo y cree de cero las cuentas, le doy a la opción de ver carpetas --- carpetas unificadas y no hace nada, alla borrando varias veces los archivos de y las carpetas de smart mailbox, a las cansadas aparecen, pero cada ves que reinicio se borran y pierdo todo la configuración visual, tengo que agregar nuevamente las carpetas etc etc.

Instale versiones mas viejas y una beta, tampoco funciono.

Son 3 cuentas imap, como siempre tuve, he tenido mas de 6 sin problemas.

Entiendo que debe ser un tema de este sistema operativo, pero no encuentro que pueda ser.

Lo único diferente a una configuración por defecto es que mi perfil esta en otra carpeta, pero probé hacerlo por defecto con el mismo problema.

A alguien se le ocurre que puede ser ? si lo tengo sin las unificadas anda bien reinicio sin problemas.

La verdad no encontré que puede ser, hasta le di que no chequee la carpeta la protección de windows.

Si tienen alguna idea para probar le damos .......

He creado una cuenta IMAP, pero no están incluidas las carpetas de Enviados y Borradores. El caso es que ya tengo varias cuentas IMAP y no me había ocurrido este problema.

En la sección de "copias y carpetas" no aparece en ningún lado la posibilidad de incluirlas.

De hecho, no sé porqué pero ha aparecido una cosa que se llama "Carpeta local" y ahí es donde van los mensajes enviados. El problema es que no quiero que se queden guardados en el dispositivo, quiero que todo se quede guardado en la nube (que para eso sirve el IMAP) y que en otros dispositivos que tengo se vea todo.

En la foto que pongo se ven las tres únicas carpetas existentes. En la otra imagen, que es de una cuenta que ya tengo y está todo en orden, se aprecian todas las opciones que debería haber.

La pregunta es que cómo se consigue que tenga todas las carpetas como en la segunda imagen y que se puedan utilizar.

I have a problem with the threaded view in Thunderbird. Even though I set the sorting to “by date” with newest messages on top, the conversation view does not follow this order.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the newest message sometimes appears in the middle of the thread, and the order of the replies looks random, as if Thunderbird is “inventing” the sequence instead of respecting the actual message dates.

This makes it very confusing to follow conversations, because the chronological flow is broken.

Is this a known bug in Thunderbird 140, or is there an additional configuration I need to adjust so that threaded conversations always show the most recent message at the top in correct order?

I have 143.0.1 (64-bit)

Hello Thunderbird Team, It would be great to have an option to completely disable automatic conversation expansion when returning to the inbox or switching folders. Currently, this behavior is inconvenient, as there's no way in the settings to keep conversations collapsed or as they were. Please include this in future updates! Dear Mozilla community I would like to ask the following question. I have created a signature template in Word, but it is saved in htm format. I have added some small icons that are hyperlinked to my social media platforms (X, Facebook, etc.). The hyperlinks work fine in Word or htm, but when I put the file in my Thunderbird signature, the signature does not load properly and the icons are not displayed or linked. How can I fix this? I didn't want to go so far as to uninstall, which involves copying my user folder, which is quite large due to the amount of customization, history, bookmarks, and extensions. So I quickly explored settings and found a new section called Firefox Labs. I found an optional development that you can try, due September 2025, which has the following description:

Add sites to your taskbar Open sites you frequently visit as a web app from your taskbar. Look for the "Add to taskbar" icon to the right of the address bar to launch that site in a streamlined window with all of Firefox's protections.

So, I simply enabled the option. And problem solved, the Firefox icon returned to my taskbar in Windows 11.

And since I'm not yet familiar with this feature in Windows 11, but I did use it in Safari on macOS, I unchecked the box and the problem didn't reappear. It solved the loss of the Firefox icon in the taskbar.

I don't know if this is the right channel to provide these contributions, or if I've categorized this question correctly. But since I've been using Firefox for 6 years and have taken advantage of these Firefox forums, I think this is a perfect opportunity to make my first contribution.

Mozilla Thunderbird is configured in the apps (on Edge), to open when required from a website. When I am on a website and I want to write a message from it, I receive the notification : "This site wants to open Thunderbird", and I click on Open. I wait, and nothing happens. Thunderbird does not open.

Please could you help me solving it? Let me know if you need more details.

Quisiera saber si hay alguna manera de confrigurar Thunderbird, que no me agrupe los correos como listado, quiero confirgurar las vista clasica, porque hay veces que me pierdo al momento de buscar el correo nuevo y no me acostumbro a buscar el nuevo correo en este estilo (Adjunto imagen). Si ahy alguna manera de confirgurar el modo clasico (asi como Outlook) se los agradecere mucho.

Muy buenas a todos. Me gustaría saber si es posible que cuando se da click sobre el icono de cierre de la aplicación, esta no se cierre completamente sino que se quede minimizada en la barra de tareas para que pueda seguir recibiendo los mensajes entrantes.
