When selecting a link, in Firefox for Android, that requires Whatsapp and Instagram to be launched, I am redirected to the play store saying that I do not have the app installed. This does not happen if I try the same thing from Android Chrome.

Recientemente han modificado la página y ahora al introducir los datos en el navegador del PC, el navegador abre una pestaña nueva y accede a la información. La versión para Android NO la abre, y tampoco pregunta, solo muestra el mensaje y da error. No hay manera de permitir que envíe la información al servidor en los ajustes. En el segundo mensaje le doy a permitir y nunca funciona. Me pueden ayudar?
