Recien tuve que reinstalar Windows por un problema con un potencial virus. Cuando descargue Firefox no pude restaurar mi perfil, el sincronizar no hace nada y no encuentro por ningun lados los archivos para restaurar mis contraseñas, no se que hacer.

Last December, my firefox stopped working. After I closed it, I was not able to open it again. I tried running as administrator, running in safe mode, clicking the .exe file in the installation folder and nothing worked.

That was, until I renamed the .exe file and it opened, but then I am not able to make it the default browser.

I find this behaviour very strange, as I see the process start and close immediately in my task manager. This is what the Windows Event Viewer shows:

I already looked at [to start firefox], but I do not have those files in my system.

The only thing that seems to work is reinstalling every time I reboot my PC.

TAL COMO HE PUESTO EN EL APARATDO DE "ASUNTO", NECESITARÍA RECUPERAR VARIAS PESTAÑAS E HISTORIAL RECIENTE - DE MENOS DE 3 DÍAS - QUE HAN DESAPARECIDO Y/O BORRADO SIN QUERER....Y NO CONSIGO RECUPERAR NI SABER DÓNDE SE ENCUENTRAN. What it says on the tin. My laptop freezed up and had to hard reset it. I think it update windows after that and now that I open firefox, I find that not only was I logged out from my profile, but once I logged in, Firefox thinks I'm in another device and won't load my bookmarks and settings.

I know it thinks it's on another device since when I check my synced tabs, it shows the ones I had open before I had to reset my laptop. All I can think about is that something broke with the windows update and all I want is to load my previous settings, extensions and bookmarks as they were before.

Edit: I would like to add that I had it set up to stop with the ai stuff google and other companies and now they are back on, I'm quite angry since now I have to figure how to fix this and the ai content is making it harder.

Utilizo la versión Firefox 137.0 con android TV V14 y la TV box android thomson 270. Para mi PC Firefox dispone de la opción import/export de mis marcadores. Por desgracia esta opción no existe para la versión FIREFOX de ANDROID que utilizo. Existe o va existir en el futuro una versión que tendrá esta opción de import / export? Muchas gracias.

Hola, necesito por favor su ayuda, quiero activar la autenticación en dos pasos para el perfil del navegador pero cuando intento escanear el QR con mi app simplemente no funciona no lo reconoce. uso la app "Bitwarden Authenticator".

Probe con la app de "Microsoft Authenticator" y si funciono, alguno sabe porque no sirve la de bitwarden con esa es que tengo todas mis cuentas.

Desde hace unos días Firefox dejó de guardar sitios visitados en el historial. Poco después lo borró completamente y ha dejado sólo algunas páginas visitadas desde el 24. Cuando lo uso, sólo guarda algunas páginas al inicio en el historial pero luego nada. Tampoco autocompleta las sugerencias de enlaces en la barra de búsqueda. Tampoco guarda enlaces a favoritos. Temo que he perdido todo mi historial por culpa de tener el perfil sincronizado cuando ha pasado todo esto (tengo datos en otro pc que no estoy usando ahora mismo).

He mirado que esté todo correctamente marcado y desmarcado en ajustes, he intentado el modo resolución de problemas y refrescar firefox, incluso crear otro perfil pero nada ha funcionad. Sólo me queda probar a reinstalarlo desde 0 pero todo esto me ha dado muy mal sabor de boca.

Yo quiero que mi Navegador sea Mozzilla, cuando uso Mozzilla, pero me aparece en la ventana de busquedas Google, y no debe ser. Mis dispositivos anteriores fueron hackeados y asi estaba anteriormente. Quiero corregir esa situacion. Gracias por su ayuda
