Hello, it's been happening for a while now, I use Firefox for work and it used to work with Onedrive just fine, which mean is I could open/see folders and see its contents (images previews). But that's no longer possible and it got worse, even when I need to download a video the option for "download" disappears in front of my eyes because I always get this "log in" pop-up even when I'm already logged in.

I thought it was my computer, or my extensions, but I disabled them and nothing, tried on private mode, nothing, it wasn't until I tried another browser that I discovered that it worked there, so the problem was Firefox all along. I was wondering if the team could address this problem, I guess there is a security issue with Firefox that Microsoft doesn't like or something? I don't know. But yeah, it's really annoying. Thank you.

By the way I wrote everything in both languages because even the support page is in Spanglish for some reason, so I don't know who is going to read this lol

Hola, esto lleva sucediendo desde hace tiempo. Utilizo Firefox para trabajar y antes funcionaba perfectamente con Onedrive, podía abrir/ver carpetas y ver su contenido (las vistas previas de imágenes). Pero eso ya no es posible y la situación ha empeorado, incluso cuando necesito descargar un vídeo, la opción «descargar» desaparece ante mis ojos porque siempre me aparece la ventana emergente «iniciar sesión», incluso cuando ya he iniciado sesión.

Pensé que era mi ordenador o mis extensiones, pero las desactivé y nada, probé en modo privado, nada, hasta que probé con otro navegador y descubrí que allí funcionaba, así que el problema era Firefox. Me preguntaba si el equipo podría solucionar este problema, supongo que hay un problema de seguridad con Firefox que no le gusta a Microsoft o algo así. No sé. Pero es muy molesto. Gracias.

Por cierto, lo escribí todo en ambos idiomas porque por alguna razón incluso la página de ayuda está en spanglish, así que no sé quién vaya a leer esto lol

I've been having problems for quite some time now with a couple of things. When I have to complete a captcha in some websites, I find myself in an infinite loop where it says that I have completed the captcha and then it asks me to do it again and again. This problem usually solves itself when I go into incognito mode or another browser.

Also, when I'm trying to log into Paypal, I receive this message: "Usted navega y hace clic a una velocidad sobrehumana, algo bloquea el funcionamiento de JavaScript en su ordenador o un robot se encuentra en la misma red (IP 62.42.214.14) que usted". Again, this solves when I use incognito mode or another browser.
