Please help ! I´m using Firefox Portable 137.0.2 from Portable App O.S. Widows 10 Home S.L. Spanish My Firefox updates automatically, and cannot change that in Tools. See "Auto Update" I have not idea of which "instance" is updating my Firefox.

When I try to change shows: "Error Update" But that Path and File do not exist. There is a folder in C:\ProgramData\Mozilla-1de4eec8-1241-4177-a864-e594e8d1fb38

And other folders in:

C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Mozilla
C:\Users\...\AppData\Roamingl\Mozilla

Since yesterday, and without doing anything in particular (apparently) all ebooks or other files try to download, show as "failed" in the Firefox download area. I am using Ubuntu 25.04 for some days and beyond that I have not had other problems. I have deactivated my Add Ons and I have tried changing the restrictive settings to Firefox Standard Settings... and nothing. I don't know what the error can be.

For the past couple of days, YouTube videos have been choppy. The sound isn't a problem, it's just the image that stutters every few seconds. It doesn't happen on other platforms, nor if I try to view the video in another browser.

I've tried to fix it by updating both the latest version of Firefox and all Windows updates and graphics card drivers, but it hasn't worked.

I decided to uninstall and reinstall Firefox, and although the problem seemed to be resolved for a while, the videos continue to display stutteringly.

I need some advice on how to fix this, as it must be a configuration issue, and I want to continue using Firefox as my browser.

Desde hace un par de días, los videos de Youtube se ven entrecortados. El sonido no presenta ningún problema, es la imagen que cada pocos segundos se va entrecortando. No me pasa en otras plataformas, ni si pruebo de visualizar el video en otro buscador.

He intentado solucionarlo actualizando tanto la última versión de Firefox como todas las actualizaciones de Windows y los drivers de la tarjeta gráfica, pero no ha habido manera de solucionarlo.

Opté por desinstalar y volver a instalar Firefox, y aunque durante un rato el problema pareció estar resuelto, siguen viéndose los videos a trompicones.

Necesitaría que me indicaran como solucionarlo, ya que debe ser un problema de configuración y quiero seguir usando Firefox como navegador.
