Hola!

Estamos teniendo muchos problemas a la hora de agregar varias cuentas cuando antes se podia perfectamente.

Os explico.

Meto la cuenta hola@hola.com por ejemplo ahí sin problema, la puedo configurar manualmente y se añade sin problema, pero si voy a añadir otra cuenta para usar varios correos a la vez ahí se queda pillado y no deja agregar manualmente para configurar el servidor, no sabemos que hacer y esto hace que la gente de la oficina este sin poder usar varios correos a la vez,

Desde hace varias semanas, al responder un mensaje, el correo añade una serie muy grande de archivos cifrados (tipo XML) que me veo obligado a borrar. ¿Alguna forma de evitar esta situación? Gracias por su atención y quedo pendiente de su respuesta.

When I'm using Thunderbird in a diferent country I can't send any email and this warning appears "Attempted connection from country not allowed."

Buenas tardes, les comento tengo este problema, cuando quiero instalar la segunda cuenta de mail no me deja que sea manual en la nueva version, entonces lo que pasa que no puedo instalarla por que queda girando la ruedita y no toma la configuración. Tengo que desinstalar el thunderbird nuevo e instalar una version mas antigua para poder agregar una cuenta nueva. Por favor me pueden decir si hay una forma de poder instalar manualmente un segundo correo. Muchas gracias saludos y sigan asi sos unos genios!!! Aguante thunderbird!!!

En la carpeta ImapMail, dentro de mi profile de Thunderbird tengo 4 carpetas de la misma cuenta de gmail, tres de ellas antiguas (segun se puede ver en la imagen) esas carpetas ocupan bastante espacio, sería seguro borrar esas carpetas?

Intento añadir una cuenta de correo @gmail.com al Thunderbird con los parámetros que indica el sistema pero no me funciona la nueva cuenta. Si pueden ayudarme lo agradeceré. Gracias. La dirección primera que si me funciona es: jpv@tinet.cat

he tenido que reinicar mi cuenta de thunderbird por un problema interno de red. Al hacerlo todos los correos de varios años que se mantenian en bandeja de entrada por contener informacion importante no me aparecen mas luego del procedimiento. necesito ayuda para restablecer esos mails

Buenas. Tengo 3 cuentas de correo y sólo en la de hotmail me sale en ingles todas las bandejas menos la bandeja de entrada. He eliminado la cuenta y la he vuelto a configurar y lo reinstalé el programa y no conseguí que me saliesen todas las bandejas en español. Me gustaría saber si alguien me puede ayudar. Gracias.

I have multiple email accounts (2 on live.com and 1 on gmail.com) configured in Thunderbird, all of which stop synching after the first time. On reinstallation, the client synchs emails and works apparently fine. But the next day I get "the connection to the server is closed" (translated from spanish). All configuration is apparently in accordance with live and gmail configs. I really love Thunderbird and it is disappointing having to change my client. My thunderbird version is 144.0.1

I have moved to Thunderbird from Microsoft Outlook as my email manager. The domain "asetradius.es" is hosted in Spanish company Dinahosting. My intention was to use two accounts, one for each of y maina ctivities, with different identities and signature dress, namely mariodeeechevarria@asetradius.es for legal translation and iahoy@setradius.es for AI commercial activities. However, upon creating the second account, Thunderbird automatically copied the settings of the original, main account, resulting in my emails for my legal translation business now coming out with the signature dress of my AI business. When I try to add the original account mariodeechevarria@asetradius.es as a new, different account, Thunderbird encounters a confluict (I suspect a duplicate) and gives error. How do I go about this in my account settings, so that I can see and manage both accounts, and the emails sent from each wear their appropriate signature dress?

Me he puesto en contacto con el servidor euskaltel y me ha dado las instrucciones para acceder al servidor. He introducido los datos en Thunderbird y me contesta diciendo que esos datos no son correctos. He probado con otro gestor de correos y funciona bien. ¿Por qué puede ser?

Hello everyone. I've been trying to add my Outlook email account to Thunderbird for hours, but the result is always the same (see attached image). I've tried my regular password and an application password, but to no avail. Any suggestions?

I have been using TB more than 12 years and were restoring via MozBackup before. Now I bought a new notebook and needed to transfer all the mails to my new notebook. My old laptop is still active and can still copy anything I would need. I copied the profiles and also the whole TB file under Roaming and tried to restore on the new computer. I couldn't do it in several different versions. Now it give the message "You have launched an older version of TB". I was using the version of 143.0.1 x32 bit on the previous laptop. But now I can not download the 32bit version of 143.0.1. I found 38.0.1 in my hard disk and loaded it and the restoring was succesfull. But this time I had no update option so I need to use the old version. I will be very glad if anyone would show me a way to solve the problem.

Cuando recibo un correo con archivos adjuntos como en formato PDF, cuando los quiero guardar en una carpeta local y le doy en "Guardar Todo" los archivos no se guardan en la carpeta, tengo que abrirlos en el Software y desde ahí entonces guardarlo en la carpeta. ¿Me pueden ayudar a corregir este problema? antes recién instalado Thunderbird no me daba este problema. Les adjunto una imagen como ejemplo.

Hola buen dia, esperando se encuentren bien, quiero consultar con ustedes como puedo usar Thunderbird con una cuenta empresarial de Office365.

La cuestión en sí es que cuando configuro mi cuenta en ThunderBird solamente me permite recibir mensajes, pero si intento mandar un correo, me marca error.

He revisado que el puerto de Salida así como el tipo de seguridad sean los correctos, pero este problema sigue persistiendo.

Buenos dias. Hola. Descargue el programa Thunderbird para manejar los correos de mi empresa de helados. Pude colocar por primera vez el correo contabilidad@kababukihelados.com en el programa. Pero ahora que deseo colocar 2 correos mas con el dominio @kababukihelados.com y 3 correos con el dominio @grupomgbusiness.com no se ha podido. He hecho el mismo proceso que con la primera cuenta, puse agregar correo y en la ventana me pide un nombre y el correo, mas no me pide la clave de acceso. Le doy continuar y la pantalla se queda pensando, logeada o con el simbolo que esta trabajando, por hasta 25 minutos que he esperado reaccione.

Pido de su ayuda para poder adicionar los correos que necesito de mi empresa. No he podido encontrar cómo hacerlo de forma manual. Tengo los accesos para IMAP y POP3.

El primer correo se configuró automaticamente en IMAP.

I have a problem with the threaded view in Thunderbird. Even though I set the sorting to “by date” with newest messages on top, the conversation view does not follow this order.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, the newest message sometimes appears in the middle of the thread, and the order of the replies looks random, as if Thunderbird is “inventing” the sequence instead of respecting the actual message dates.

This makes it very confusing to follow conversations, because the chronological flow is broken.

Is this a known bug in Thunderbird 140, or is there an additional configuration I need to adjust so that threaded conversations always show the most recent message at the top in correct order?

I have 143.0.1 (64-bit)
