Hello,

I used Firefox Sync to upload all my bookmarks before reformating my computer. Now I have reformated , tried to get back my bookmarks but none of them are here. The sync account seems to be empty.

Please help.

are you sure that your sync was completed before you formatted?

Did you have any problem setting up Sync after the reformat?
Were you able to enter all three authenticators? Username, password, and the Recovery Key.
