I visited a website regarding to Mandarin language, but I had problem with Chinese characters. The very same website provides an application file, which needed to be installed. And here is the file address: http:[[How to display Chinese Pinyin?|http://www.hanyu.com.cn/en/display_pinyin.aspx]]

After installing the file I had no problem with Chinese characters. But now I cannot see Persian language websites properly. The text appears in a very strange and unreadable form. I appreciate your assistance
