Since going to FireFox 4 I have hangs and crashes. FF is often taking 100% of the CPU on my Mac.

I am running firefox on Mac OS X 10.6.7. Since upgrading to FF 4 (beta and now the released version) FF often is taking 100% of the CPU time on my machine. It also has been crashing somewhat randomly with no particular web site. The cpu usage seems to happen most often after viewing a web site with a video or flash presentation.
