When I am playing a video on Netflix, I can drag the Firefox window to my second monitor (a Samsung HD TV 6400 series with my DVI on my MacBook Pro connected to the HDMI 1 socket on the TV labeled "DVI input." When I press the "View Full Screen" button the Netflix window shifts to the MacBook Pro display. Netflix uses the Silverlight plugin to display movies. When I click on the Silverlight preferences, there is no display section.

I am running OS X 10.6.6 and Firefox 4RC.
