Banking page not loading when it does work properly on Chrome

This is a banking website: Union Bank. Firefox works great on all my other websites, but will not go beyond allowing me to sign in on this one. I have cleared all cookies and cache from the website. Chrome works and loads properly. I don't have the knowledge to explore the problem further without guidance. I do not want to use Chrome for my banking!
