Arial Font Dissapears if Firefox is Open Too Long

I'm using Firefox 99 snap for Ubuntu 21.10. Google Docs defaults to the Arial font. After some period of Firefox being open the Arial font option disappears and all Arial fonts are replaced by Sans Serif. The Arial font in Chrome does not go away. Restarting Firefox bring Arial back.

Any idea what could cause this and what can I do to try and fix it?

Try downloading another copy of Firefox from Mozilla, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
