Dear I need to sync a user after a windows new installation user is agnese@freddi.it I can't remember the password so I started the procedure to get a new password

I receive the email Reimpostazione della password dell’account Firefox

When I set a new password I reach the message Impossibile recapitare l'email IMPOSSIBLE TO DELIVER THE E-MAIL

so I can't recover passwords and favourites

can you help me ?
