To solve has to : 

  uninstall
  rename %AppData%/Mozilla

Install again.

try re-install many times. Firefox was OK, until my systems got windows 10 1909 feature update. Package 4517245.

To solve has to : 

  uninstall
  rename %AppData%/Mozilla

Install again.
