Firefox Quantum 58+ Did "Add New Address" at the form for "Autofill addresses". Filled in all fields except "country or region"

Went to a website that had fields for Name, Address, City, State, Zip, Phone, and email address.

1) Zip and email address were missing. All other fields were populated from the saved entry. 2) The phone number showed a "+1" in front of the10-digit phone number. This violated the website verification for the phone number

Next I went back to options and edited the "address" and removed the phone number so that field was empty.

When I went back to the webpage and started the auto-fill again, the zip, phone number, and email were missing.

What needs to be done to get auto-fill to populate ALL fields? It is of no value to me for Firefox to do it partially, because it takes me more time to partially fill-in the values, than if they were all empty.

And how can the "+1" portion of the phone number be REMOVED from the saved "address" entry so it doesn't get added without my approval?
