then
TEST....... If no issues then Extensions which need to be added back in 1 at a time and tested ..... Or it is your Profile : Make a new one and test ...:
If is your Profile :

Note: Any customization will revert back to default, you will also need to reinstall Extensions.
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Please send a screenshot https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-screenshots save as a jpeg and it will be in your default download folder.
What I am thinking is that there is no email box and that is the Address Bar where you input a URL (pronounced earl) like this example : http:\\www.whoami.com ) Please see this below : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/awesome-bar-search-firefox-bookmarks-history-tabs
The larger of the 2 is the Google Search Box where type into URL's questions etc then Enter to get the results.
Please read these :

Once finished reading do you still have a issue or need further information ?
You can check the currently selected search engine in "Options/Preferences -> Search".
Your system details show four versions of Shockwave Flash, which can cause major problems. Would you please uninstall them ?
Uninstaller : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
Then re-install the latest version, which is 28.0.0.126
You can download te latest version from here : https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Note : some 'extras' may be offered in the download.
