I have just installed Firefox 47.0.1 on Windows 10 Pro 64 bit. When i disable Windows snap assist then Firefox windows become really difficult to move. Sometimes they won't move at all, sometimes they only partly move (like they are trying to snap to a grid), and generally repositioning is very erratic. It's not possible to position a window exactly where you want it.

When i enable snap assist the problem goes away.

The problem only occurs with Firefox. All other apps are fine.

This is on Windows 10 Pro x64 with dual monitors 1920x1200 positioned in portrait mode (i.e. 1200x1920).
