I have a backup using MozBackup. I can't get the new Firefox to access. Help!

I am running Windows 7 on my laptop. I do not Twitter, Facebook, or other social networking. I also do not use other devices--just the laptop. With the last software update, everything started having problems--Microsoft.NET, etc.. Today, I finally deleted Firefox and started over. My backup is through MOZBACKUP. Now, no bookmarks, history, etc. Please help. I am not a computer person and cannot deal with all these fast changes that stops my work and communications with friends. Can you tell me how to get the backup to work? ZR Bookhardt

I could not find that in the help files. What is it?

Did you delete just the Firefox program, or your profile as well? If not, your files should still be there.

Did you install the Mozbackup extension? It needs to be installed for restoring the backup it created.
