emails arrive with the incorrect header
I consistently receive emails from my ISP (westnet.com.au) which have the header and body of text mixed up i.e. the body comes from one email and the header from another email.

right click the folder, select properties and then repair.

what ever folder are receiving mail that are rubbish. Although, do you use Avast? It appears to be having a serious time messing up with Thunderbird at the moment for some.
