This is a bit difficult to explain, but I'll do my best.

Our company uses NetIQ Identity Manager, which we access through a web browser. I primarily used Firefox until I had to switch to another browser because of this issue. The problem only occurs in Firefox; I have tested several Chromium-based browsers, and none of them exhibit the same behavior.

On a specific page within the application, there are two panels: one displays a list of users, and the other displays details for the selected user.

The issue is that Firefox does not show a separate scrollbar for the user details panel. Instead, it only scrolls the page based on the height of the user list panel. As a result, when the user list contains fewer entries than the amount of information displayed in the user details panel, Firefox is unable to scroll through the entire details section. The hidden information still exists and becomes visible if the browser window is resized to be taller.

When the user list contains enough entries to make that panel taller than the user details panel, all user details are displayed correctly and scrolling works as expected because the entire page can be scrolled.

In Edge and other Chromium-based browsers, both panels have their own scrollbars. The scrollbar for the user details panel is only displayed when necessary, such as when the amount of user information exceeds the available space, but scrolling works correctly in all cases.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this issue?

Unfortunately, the page is hosted on our company's internal network, so I am unable to share it.

The issue first appeared at the end of February this year. I believe I was using Firefox version 148 at the time. Prior to that, the problem did not occur. I am using Windows 11 and have tried the troubleshoot mode, which did not help.

when i use Chrome or edge to access yahoo email I can write & edit. when using Firefox browser; I cannot write & edit/highlight/change text colours etc before sending. tried deleteing & re-installing Firefox . please help. Driving me crazy rsvp

I have two gmail accounts and have saved both on my bookmark toolbar. Today, the email that has the http address "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox" gives me nothing but a blank screen. The other, which has the http of "https://mail.google.com/mail/u/2/#inbox" operates just fine. I am able to open and access the first google account on my android phone or by using google chrome. I am only not able to use it on the firefox platform.

Any suggestions?

I would like to link firefox with wild tangent games. Right now my games are not launching and I was wondering if it's because I changed browser from chrome to firefox?

I can not log in to home depot website because it won't send me the verification code. No other website gives me this problem and I can log in with Chrome.

Why can't I pull up this web page, "www.aepohio.com"..?

All of my other Bookmarked pages work fine/normal. This page is where I pay my Electric bill and with the latest Firefox update it stopped working. I can pay my bill with my phone, but I prefer to use Firefox.

Ich have an paid medium.com account and lately I can hardly the articles in Firefox. The typo is way to light. What goes wrong with medium.com in firefox? Settings: ""Allow websites to use their own fonts instead of the selection above" is activated. Windows 11, updated Firefox: Newest version. Other websites: look correct. Other browsers: no problem, it's just Firefox messing up something with the typo. How can I change this?

I have written about this before, but the problems have multiplied. I've been keeping track of all the sites that I can't access in Firefox, and over the last month or so alone, there have been 23 instances of this. Not only not being able to access actual websites, but other connectivity issues. Several examples:

First, my local newspaper e-Edition comes up in a huge format that is unreadable and cannot be made smaller. It works fine on the Brave browser.

Different example: My daughter sent me several different links over a few days on Facebook Messenger to Amazon products that I wanted to buy. Her message is there, but the link/photo isn't. This renders completely normally on Brave.

Some other examples are restaurant menus listed on the restaurant's website, a Word Search puzzle from the L.A. Times, financial websites in which I have accounts. The list is seemingly endless. My last attempt to get support for this problem did not lead to any fix. This all occurs whether or not my adBlockers are turned off.

As a Firefox user since its inception, I don't like having to go to another browser, but the situation has been getting more and more untenable.

Since Thursday, Aug. 6, I have been unable to open my earthlink inbox on Firefox. I keep getting the filled-in login page. when I click to sign in, the login page returns. This does not happen on Edge. I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but that didn't help. I also rebooted my PC, which also didn't help. How to fix?

Since update I can't copy and paste, because the menu is partly deleted. Since Update Geocaching.com doesn't work properly. Can't copy coordinates

I'm having an issue with my website, https://bitlifeapk.org/, when it's opened in Firefox. Some pages appear to load more slowly than expected, while they seem to work normally in other browsers.

I've already cleared the cache, disabled extensions, and tested on different devices, but the issue still occurs. Has anyone experienced something similar or can suggest steps to identify whether this is a Firefox compatibility issue or something I should fix on my website?

How do I resolve scrolling issues (unable to scroll) on many websites. AI recommendations of clearing browsing history and cache have not been effective. Scrolling is possible using Google Chrome.

Firefox version: Latest version on Mac. MacOS: Latest version. Issues: After a certain date, I did not know what happened. After that date, I was unable to drag the local files to my Synology Nas via its "Quickconnect" service in Firefox. I made several attemps trying to have this issue solved but in vain. Eventually I had to switch back to Chrome. By the way, I am able to log into Quickconnect in Firefox and delete files.

My folders suddenly stopped loading. When I log in, I can see grey boxes down the left hand side where my folders used to be. It looks as if the folders are trying to load, then the grey boxes disappear and all I see is in the screenshot I have attached.

I have followed the instructions GMX provides. Cleared the cache, etc. Those didn't solve the problem. The second attachment shows instructions that showed when I did an online search. Please ignore the second suggestion regarding Thunderbird. If these instructions refer to gmx settings, I cannot access them as you see by the first attachment, there is no way I can access gmx settings. The icons you can see only change how my inbox contents are displayed. If the instructions refer to email settings within FIREFOX, I am still stuck as I can find no help within FIREFOX on GMX settings that deal with these settings. I am offering my firstborn, my beloved dog, Reggie, and my best wishes for a long and happy life to the person who can successfully help me with this problem. Hopefully, Pam Barkas
