Здравствуйте! Не могу перейти на официальный сайт поликлинике "http://18pol.city.kharkov.ua/" чтобы срочно записаться на прием к врачу. Браузер Firefox постоянно выдает ошибку " Будьте осторожны. Что-то выглядит не так.". Сайт безопасный и официальный, но браузер все ровно не дает возможность перейти.

brand new Dell Pro 14 Plus laptops (PB14250), Initial install of OS,(Win 11 Enterprise, v 26200 25H2). All updates from Dell and Microsoft. Laptop is domain joined, on a hardline network connection. Only other browser is Edge, and has no issues. Installed fresh install of Firefox x64 (v153.0) to machine. ALL SITES attempted return this error. Google, Amazon, even trying to get to the support.mozilla.org return this error. In lower left while trying, the messages relating to the TLS handshake being performed can be seen. Disabled Proxy, restarted and no change. Disabled enterprise root certificate, restarted and no change Uninstalled, power cycled Laptop, reinstalled, power cycled, no change Issue is not preset at all with Edge. User needs Firefox as a specific critical vendor only supports Firefox for their portal.

In this case I accessed my Acer account and clicked on my notebook. I then got the screen shown in the image. I could access the page with Opera, Chrome, and Edge.

This is happening a lot, and is rendering Firefox unusable as my default browser.

All of a sudden almost every site I try to enter comes up with "Secure Connection Failed". This started happening on Friday, July 10th for the first time. I've read almost every article in the Firefox's community forums and tried multiple actions and nothing stops this. I don't know why this all of a sudden when it never did this before. I hope someone can tell me how to stop this from happening].

This is the message I get:

Because other users (including people who use Firefox) are able to reach this site with no problem, I hope someone can tell me what the issue might be. Thanks

Dear Mozilla Support, I would like to ask about Firefox's plans regarding the recent changes affecting SSL/TLS certificates for websites hosted in Russia. As you may know, several international Certificate Authorities have announced that they will revoke or stop issuing trusted certificates for Russian domains. This may cause many legitimate websites to become inaccessible in browsers because their certificates are no longer trusted by the default root store. I understand that Mozilla places a strong emphasis on web security and maintaining a trusted certificate ecosystem. However, I would like to know whether Mozilla has considered any technical solution or mitigation for users who may need to access these websites. For example:

• Is Mozilla planning to provide any workaround or optional feature that would allow users to continue accessing such websites safely?
• Will Firefox receive any updates or patches related to this situation?
• Is the current recommendation simply to manually install additional trusted root certificates, or is there another supported approach?

I am  interested in understanding whether there are any official plans or recommendations for users affected by these certificate changes.

Today I got the Firefox message "Secure Connection Failed" when I composed and tried to send Yahoo email to a friend who I have corresponded with for several years. In addition, a few months ago I could not connect on a Televisit with my doctor when I clicked the link her office sent. Again I got the Firefox message "Secure Connection Failed."

Beginning today, I suddenly cannot access numerous websites when I use Mozilla Firefox 151.0.2. Examples include Amazon, and Google, et al. Attempts to do so consistently fail at the point of performing a TLS handshake, when I am advised that "secure connection failed". Kindly refer to the attached screenshots. I have no difficulty whatsoever accessing the same websites when I use other browsers, such as Google Chrome and MS Edge. I previously had Mozilla Firefox enabled as my default browser, but I have had to change this, given these "challenges". Please advise how I can fix this. Best regards and many thanks.

• Firefox suddenly is unable to connect to any wesbite
• All attempts to browse result in the "Secure Connection Failed" screen
• All other browsers function fine with no network connectivity issues

Attempted Fixes / Things Confirmed:

• Everything mentioned in: Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can

• Relevant about:config values:

• * security.tls.version.max -> 4
• * security.tls.version.min -> 3

• System locale and timezone are correct
• DNS over HTTPS is set to OFF
• HTTPS-Only Mode is set to Don't enable HTTPS-Only Mode
• Restarting in Troubleshooting Mode
• Disabling the Anti-Virus (including the device Firewall)
• Disabling any VPNs or network proxies
• Clearing cache and browsing history
• Clearing certificates from the Certificate Manager in Settings
• Attempting connection with a newly created profile
• Clearing the cert9.db file for Firefox to reset certificate information
• Refreshing Firefox (resetting it completely)
• Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox (after clearing all Mozilla related %appdata% folders)

Observations

• When trying to mess with the device timezone and see if changing it back to the correct one would "reset" something, after a few attempts of starting Firefox in the wrong timezone and then restarting it after changing to the correct one, for a single session, I was able to browse normally again. I closed Firefox to see if the problem was fixed but it went back to the "Secure Connection Failed" page. Was unable to reproduce the same behavior.

• Tried installing a portable version of Firefox (151.0.3) from Firefox Portable .

After installation, the first session works perfectly fine but after I close the session and restart Firefox, it gives the same "Secure Connection Failed" message.

• * Reinstalling the portable version in the folder, gives the error from the get-go, not even the initial post-installation session works but installing in a different folder works fine for the first session but all subsequent restarts (sessions) of the browser give the same error.
