How do I search x-rated or violent content with the Firefox browser without Google safe search puritans blocking my every attempt to do so. I don't what I've done or how to change it. I am just going around in circles of frustration. Good lord it's like I'm back into the puritanical dark age. PLEASE HELP.

Unless I've simply failed to find to find such a facility, it seems that there are no dedicated channels or topics through which sensible and constructive suggestions can be submitted. Surely, monitoring and sifting through such ideas might yield 'food for thought' among developers, all of which could contribute to improving both the function, performance and appeal of Mozilla products? I'm not even sure whether I'm posting under the most appropriate topic, which perhaps underlines my point!

I recently heard about Mozilla's potential future plans to increase the browser's AI features, and wanted to voice my concerns about this.

I avoid using AI due to environmental, privacy, and ethical reasons, and one of my main motivations for choosing Firefox over another browser is specifically because of the option to turn AI features off. (And I believe this is the case for a large portion of the userbase.)

If Mozilla opts to push for more AI implementation within Firefox, I will switch to another browser.

Just wanted to add my voice to the complaints about further AI being added to firefox. Firefox as a browser is a refuge from the enshittification of the internet as a whole, with it being one of the few non-chromium browser options, please dont join in the effort to force AI on everyone. At the very least it shouldnt take multiple options to disable AI in my browser. But at best I would love to see firefox development focused on performance rather than more AI bullshit that only CEO's want.

My security suite is Norton 360. I refreshed FF and would like to place (as before) an icon in the address bar (to the left of puzzle piece) for the password manager extension. The extension is installed. Please help.

I have paid for a Veepn extension software for Firefox. If I go into Veepn it says I have an account and have paid for the software but the software has not been down loaded. How can I find where to down load it again? I have a Linux Mint 22.3 operating system.

I CANNOT log into my Facebook account since Firefox launched your VPN. I didn't sign UP for the VPN but I'm troubleshooting and the VPN launch happened at the same time I was denied access to Facebook. Can you FIX this problem????? It is infuriating!!!! I can SEE the page and friends can SEE the page which means it hasn't be LOCKED or deleted. I just can't access my own page - not with my phone # or email. I have been working on this since SUNDAY and I am the Press/Media liaison for a number of organizations. This SNAFU is going to get me fired if I can't get back on social media! There's GOT to be someone in your organization who can connect me with an actual human being to FIX THIS!!! PLEASE

I'm not a computer programmer, or an expert, just a user with a little bit of knowledge. I've just looked at your answer to the missing icon problem. You suggested refreshing Fire Fox. This sounds like a brilliant answer to my problem, but you missed out the crucial steps to how to do this. This isn't the first time I've felt like hurling objects at my computer after trying to follow your trouble shooting instructions.

These steps might seem obvious to your software technicians, but many of us are oblivious on how to do these simple things. Could you please pretend that we are all computer illiterate, and include the final steps in your answers. If you don't like writing the same thing over and over again, could you please just paste a link at the end on "How to Refresh Firefox."

PS I'm running Windows 11 on a Dell Latitude laptop, using the brand new Firefox version. (As of yesterday.)
