I’m signed into my account but can’t get beyond a page that says choose an account. What can I do?

I had to get a new phone, and Firefox does not accept my password. I also have it on my tablet, and it's fine, and on my laptop, and the password is correct, but the new phone tells me "Try again." It was fine on my old phone.
During sign-in to Firefox browser I get an error message saying my account isn't active and to contact an administrator. Hoping you can help, thanks!
