Dear Firefox Support,

I recently installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 and then installed the latest version of the Firefox browser. However, when I try to sign in to my Firefox account, it does not sync any of my data. My bookmarks, passwords, browsing history, and other synced items are not appearing.

I have tried clicking the "Sync Now" button, but nothing happens. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue so I can recover my data.

Hello there! I have Firefox on both my (Windows) laptop and (IOS) mobile device. Several months ago (January or February, maybe?) I had to delete Firefox from my laptop and reinstall it to fix an issue. No big deal. However, whenever I check my synced tabs on my mobile device, it still shows the tabs from before I uninstalled it on my laptop as well as the taps currently opened on my laptop. It appears as if they're two separate devices. I already checked the "Connected Services" section of my account settings, and my laptop does not appear twice. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of how to remove the previous version of Firefox from appearing on sync on my mobile device. TIA for any help!

All my saved passwords are missing. I am synced and logged into an Android phone. I usually use an iphone but have not checked syncing there yet, or on a computer/laptop.

I have profiles on desktop , i had enabled sync in all profiles when the feature was first introduced. the account icon always showed that it is syncing , but in the sync tab , no visited tab list appears of any profile in both the desktop .,, i installed firefox on the android today to check synchronization but its tabs never show in desktop profile and the android tells last synchronization never....neither the desktop tabs appear in android history

I had saved a lot of passwords and bookmarks to my account but as you can see, after I signed in, I cant see any of mentioned above. Kindly support for re-access of my bookmarks and saved passwords.

I just created an account to sync my passwords and bookmarks from an old Macbook to a new one. I can see both devices on the Mozilla account but the Sync does not work. Nothing appears in my bookmarks.

I recently reset my laptop, when I logged into my mozilla account on my firefox, it is hasn't synced my passwords, hisotry, bookmarks and extensions. The sync is on, I've eevn tried to manually initiate sync. Did not work.

I have a small problem. When I click MENU and Bookmarks, I can't access my synced bookmarks from my PC computer. But when I edit one bookmark, I see all folders from my PC to put in. Normally I can't see all my folders with bookmarks from my PC.

Hi there My iPhone has over 50 bookmarks and passwords saved on Firefox. I used the iPad to log on Firefox and started sync between the two devices. After 3 mins, the password page of the two devices showed “No passwords found”!

Would you please advise how I could retrieve my passwords ? Thank you so much

I set up sync, I went thru my old passwords on my Mac browser Firefox and deleted many old/dead ones, expected to see the list on my iPhone Firefox browser to match. Signed in properly on both, pressed sync several times each time showing complete.

I'm still seeing PW's I deleted on my Mac in my Iphone's list...

What could be the problem? I have uBlock Origin ad blocker installed.

I recently refreshed Firefox. When I re-opened the program, I was logged out. I successfully logged back in, but despite saying I'm "synced", none of my settings (themes, passwords, bookmarks, etc.) are showing up, even after waiting 30 minutes. Typically sync has taken a few seconds for me. FYI, this is on my work computer and I don't have administrator access, so I would prefer a solution (if possible) that does not require an uninstallation or installation (which I cannot do without contacting an administrator). Thanks.

I'm experiencing an issue with Firefox where my saved passwords from my desktop aren't syncing to my Android phone. Pressing the "Sync Now" button doesn't trigger any action. I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including removing and readding the device, force stopping the app, clearing cache and data, and manually syncing again, but nothing has worked. It seems like a bug. Any suggestions?

We just got a mew desktop and I want to sync by android phone Firefox to the desktop so I can retain my bookmarks, passwords, and tabs. I have synced between my phone and my old desktop with no problem. But now when I try to sync my phone to the desktop, all my sync options are greyed out and it won't let me select anything?

Can not sync the bookmarks with my other PC, my account name is glkott@gmail.com and I cant sync bookmarks, favorites, with other PC

I made sure to sign in and hit sync on my browser prior to moving over to my new computer. I've logged in on my new computer and manually hit the sync button but my passwords and bookmarks are not populating.
