Hi, I need help retrieving my Saved passwords, Bookmarks and History. I have recently changed my mobile phone and Laptop. I've logged in on both items. I can't find my password, its clean. I can only see the visited sites that were on my new mobile, but nothing from my old laptop even after login and Sync

So I just switched OS on my desktop, and had to log into Firefox all over again for the first time in a bit, and it turns out that for some reason my saved passwords arent synchronising with my whats saved on my phone? In the past my experience have been that if I ask firefox to save my password on one device it remembers it on all my devices. Is this not the case? Is there something I need to do to manually synchronise?

I want to "synch"/ export/migrate my current tabs on my old computer to this computer -- the 'synch now' button in your settings doesnt seem to take it on - please let me know?

after a fresh reload of windows was performed on my machine, I signed into my Mozilla account but none of my bookmarks were appearing after the successful sign in. When I tried syncing it still did not appear. There are bookmarks that I had saved on firefox that are essential.

After the latest Firefox update (ref 02fc63), my bookmarks and saved passwords are not syncing. Tried signing out and back in.

I have used Firefox bookmarks via sync for 20 years!! My previous computer is bricked and cannot be accessed. I have a fancy sync code but when I download Firefox on my phone or new computer, it’s like I’m a first time user. It offers me a new sync code but won’t allow me to use what I have. Are my files recoverable? Can I wipe from my old machine too?

My Firefox sync stopped working after the latest update. Bookmarks are not syncing between my desktop and laptop. I have tried signing out and back in but it still does not work. Any suggestions?

I am writing to request assistance with recovering my Firefox Sync data.

I recently reset my PC and after reinstalling Firefox and logging back into my Firefox account, my bookmarks and saved passwords are completely gone. I believe the sync may have overwritten the server-side data with an empty local profile after the reset.

I had been accumulating this data for approximately 1 years and it is very important to me. Could you please check if there is any backup of my sync data on your servers that could be restored?

My bookmarks bar, etc have will not synced with my Firefox even though I ran "sync" several times. I haven't used this laptop in quite awhile, so I had to log in and sync. Also in my themes, a certain creator "MaDonna" has error messages on all of them" Cabin in the Mountains (and all others by her) by MaDonna could not be verified for use in Firefox and has been disabled." In my extensions page, I get the same error message. I am beyond frustrated, I'm also very computer literate, but this mess has me baffled and frustrated :(

I have a Windows Surface Pro 8 and when I set it up, I had no issues with the Syncing or Add ons/Themes/Extensions, everything synced just fine. I have Theme categories set up, and that's not even on the Themes page. I have logged into all of my Firefox/Mozilla accounts. Can anyone help?

Firefox crashes. Blue dots moving next to too tabs. Problem began this morning upon opening Firefox and dialogs box asked if wanted to sync bookmarks with another device with Firefox.

Hi there My iPhone has over 50 bookmarks and passwords saved on Firefox. I used the iPad to log on Firefox and started sync between the two devices. After 3 mins, the password page of the two devices showed “No passwords found”!

Hello to all. I am writing to ask for help with sync for Android. I have 2 Samsung devices: my S24, which is my phone, and my Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, which is my tablet. I do have an HP laptop, running Windows 11. That device is fine.

I recently noticed both of my devices had the same model # shown up under my Firefox. {it was my tablet.} Idk why. So I read online, that I should sign out, then sign back in, to fix this. So I signed out on both devices, at the same time. I closed both windows, then I restarted both devices, & then signed back in, at the same time. My S24 is fine, but my S10 FE+ is not. It won't sync. So I repeated the same steps with it, and it still will not sync. So I went to my Mozilla Account, then Connected Services, to see the list of devices. I did note a duplicate device, not sure which one. There was no name. I did sign out of it there, but otherwise, everything else looks good. I also pulled up some articles online & troubleshooted, but again nothing. I'm now doing a hard reboot, which is where I turn it off, then wait for at least 5 minutes. Then I'll turn it back on. Nope, nothing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to fix this, please? I have no idea as to how to go around the matter by manually doing everything like once a day. I mean, yikes. Thank you for any help, seriously.
