I recently switched from Linux to Windows and installed Firefox on my new system. I signed in with the same Firefox Account that I had used on Linux, but none of my bookmarks, shortcuts, or other data have synced. It feels like a fresh Firefox setup. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: 1. Confirmed that I signed in with the same Firefox Account. 2. Verified that Sync is enabled for bookmarks, history, and other items on Windows. 3. Triggered manual sync multiple times, but nothing has appeared. Is there any way to check if my bookmarks were stored on the Firefox servers, and if so, how can I retrieve them?

I see a list of the my seven devices that use FireFox in the Connected Services list. I want to restore the data from my old phone onto my NEW phone. However, there doesn't appear to be a way to sync only the data from the old phone. When it syncs, it get the data from one of my 4 PCs. Can I select a data set to restore to my new phone?

Firefox on Android has a "Collections" option,it is convenient displaying some websites on the startup page. But "Collections" seems not to be synced. It might be more useful if add the option to Sync List. Or it can be used as a specific section of the bookmark (but displayed on the startup page), similar to the bookmarks toolbar on PC. This makes it possible to sync frequently useful websites on both mobile and PC devices. Thank you for reading this.

Hello, I am trying to sync browser bookmarks bidirectionally from PC to Cell devices. The instructional window that pops up on the PC says to: click the three dots in the Android Firefox cell, 1) Choose "I already have Firefox for mobile" & click Continue 2) Window popup appears "Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet" 2a) Open Firefox on cell phone 2b) Go to the Menu (three dots) 2c) Tap "Sync and save data" 2d) Tap "Ready to scan" My issue is, I do not see option 2c, Tap "Sync and save data. Thus, I cannot scan the OCR code to pair up the devices because in the Firefox app on the Android cell (Samsung Galaxy S22+), there is no option to sync and save data. Please advise. Thank you
