sync phone with desktop computer

I have a new note book computer and want to sync the data from my old FireFox bookmarks into the new computer from the old laptop......how do I do this?

help me get my tabs from my old computer restored onto this computer.

Have Windows 11 computer and also another computer that is Linux based. Will my bookmarks from my Mozilla account on windows 11 be accessible on my Linux machine?
