I recently installed Firefox over Firefox Beta because I didn't like the daily updates. Now I'm stuck with this popup every time I open Firefox. It's stupid as the application runs normally.

HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?

Trying to remove Thunderbird. Windows add or remove programs isn't working. I'm trying Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter, which needs Thunderbird's product code.

I can't find it on the site. Can someone give me a hand?

Moving Thunderbird to a different computer. Email provider, email address and passwords are the same. Thunderbird setup thinks I'm a new user, which I'm not. How do I solve this issue. [edited email from community support forum]

I tried to update from Mozilla VPN v. 2.36 to v. 2.37 by clicking the Update button in the message I received. I did not shut down the old version first. When I received the "old version is running" message, I clicked the "automatically close app" selection. All seemed to be going well until a message popped up saying "The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert the 'Mozilla VPN' disk and click OK." When I clicked OK, a message said "The path " cannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package 'MozillaVPN.msi' in a folder from which you can install the product Mozilla VPN." I found the folder containing the MozillaVPN.msi file, but when I use it to restart the installation, I end up with the same error message. If I click Cancel instead of OK on the "Insert the disk" message, and error message pops up saying "The older version of Mozilla VPN cannot be removed. Contact your technical support group." Now my old version is gone, but I don't have a new version to use. What should I do now?

I have used Firefox for years. Have a backup computer that has Windows 10. It defaults to Bing. I hate Bing! VERY much want to use Firefox for Windows 10. Please, if you can, just email me a link to download Firefox that will work on Windows 10. That is all that I need. My two email addresses are: [edited] OR [edited from community support forum]. I can't sign in to my Google account and chrome is my preferred browser and I am getting messages saying that I am signed in to another browser. I want to try uninstalling Firefox and hope that will allow me to get signed in to my Google account.

I bought the annual subscription to Mozilla VPN and found that it wouldn't install. This Mac runs Sierra, version 10, I don't need VPN on my newer Mac.

How do I submit for a refund?
