How do I set a specific web page as my home page? The option has gone.

Please note that the data on the home page are vastly out of kilter: pictures do not match headlines and hyperlinks do not take you to the story summarized.

Hi i need help with the latest update. It made the home screen icons too small. How can i change them back to like before?
