Hello Firefox Support Team,

I would like to ask for assistance regarding my Firefox Account.

My Firefox Account is currently associated with the email address:

Old email: [edited] @mail.ru

Unfortunately, this email account has been permanently deleted, and I no longer have any possibility to recover or access it.

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my Firefox Account, including all associated data, synchronization information, and authentication methods, to a new email address:

New email: [edited from community support forum] @gmail.com

I am currently signed in to the Firefox Account on my mobile devices and can provide information about them if necessary.

The primary and only email address I have set for my mozilla account, while it was my main email address at the time that I signed up, had become clogged with too much daily spam nonsense, so I had made a different email address that I switched to using. Apparently, since I hadn't logged into the first email account for a certain amount of time, the account provider deleted the account, so when I decided to try to change my primary email account that I have listed on my mozilla account, but when I tried to add a secondary account like it says your required to do so you can change the primary, mozilla wants me to enter a code sent to my primary email address to prove I am me, and therein lies my problem. I can't get into the primary email account because it doesn't exist anymore, so I need a new primary email account on my mozilla account, and I can't add a new email account to my mozilla account because I can't access the primary email account. I can't find a contact help link or anything, the closest I could get was this link that sent me here to the forums. Can somebody help me out?

Hi there, I no longer have access to my primary email and I do not have a secondary one. How can I change it and add the secondary one? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi! I had a firefox account when I worked for the law firm McCormick Barstow a few years ago. I haven't worked there for a few years. I just set up firefox on my personal computer, but am having problems changing my primary email from my work email ([email address]) to my personal email ([email address]). Can you help? I have no way of receiving any codes going to my old work email address which no longer exists. Thank you, Gina Axsom

i miss spelled my email and after i did it wouldnt let me go back and change it even though i didnt even enter the password. now when i try to change it, it trys to make me make a new profile please help.

I would like to make a new account with an email account I control. Currently, the secondary email address can receive 2FA codes and such, but is there some way to transfer all of the history I have with the account to a new one? I cannot make the secondary email address the new one because my university email is now unable to receive emails such as 2FA codes.

I have a problem verifying a secondary email address for my Mozilla Account.

Whenever I click "Send verification code", the website confirms that the code has been sent, but I never receive any email.

I have already ruled out the usual causes:

The mailbox is working correctly. I receive emails from other senders without any problems. I checked the Inbox, Spam and Junk folders. I waited for more than 30 minutes and tried multiple times. I tested with different browsers and private browsing mode.

Most importantly, I tested two completely different email providers:

[email removed to protect user's privacy] (STRATO) [email removed to protect user's privacy] (Telekom Germany)

The verification email is not delivered to either address.

i need to change my email since my old email go hacked, so i dont have access to my old email anymore. i still have access to my account since i am logged in on my phone and desktop. I have backup authentication codes if that helps. Codes are getting sent to my hacked email which i dont have access to.

I cannot change to another (new) email address, because the old mail address is not accessible anymore, but the new one collides with some other ... What can I do?

The email address on my Mozilla account no longer exists. I am unable to change any data nor delete the account, since I cannot login to the old email address. Contact email: [edited from community support forum] @icloud.com

The primary email that I have For my account is no longer active. I can't use that to sign in. Then email is [edited] @reagan.com. I do have a secondary email. it is [edited] @protonmail.com. Your system wants to demand that I use that primary email address. I can't do that. Can you help me?
