Since last week there is a cookie that I can not remove in the Manage cookies and website data panel. It is called about.ef2a7dd5-93bc-417f-a698-142... There is probably more but that is not shown in my view. How can I remove that?

Every time I select Gmail on Firefox page, it requires me to sign in with a code. I have selected 'Strict' for browser privacy and 'Clear history after closing Firefox'... plus a number of other settings. I then get a notice of someone signing into my account each time, as does the person who I use as a backup to my account. I'd like not to go through that each time I access my Gmail account.

Hi, your last update ( 153.0.3) broke my ability to stay signed into or go back to known web sites I have put in the “Exceptions – Cookies and Site Data”. I do clear all the Cookies and Data when I close the browser but now it looks like Cookies and Data is deleted in the “Exceptions – Cookies and Site Data” also. I would love to do a redo on this update and reload the old version. The browser also is showing my PC is Windows 10 and it has been on Windows 11 for 3 years now.

I couldn't log into a site and it was suggested to 'clear cache' as follows: - settings - privacy and security - cookies and site data - clear browsing data BUT only cookies and temp cache sites. By mistake I believe I ticked browsing and download history too, and looks as though it is irrersible? Now I no longer automatically get all the little boxes I used to get for usual regular log ins (eg The Times, Meteo, banks, email etc) I think I can use 'add shortcuts' and re-enter these, but any other suggestions? I deleted cookies and now I'm in a mess. I play Arcadium type games everyday, and have lost all of my scores and levels in the games. For example, I play a game with 30 levels. It's extremely difficult to get to level 30, and it took me weeks to get there. But because I deleted cookies, I'm now back to level one! Is there any way to restore the cookies to the game page? I use an android tablet. I think the game page is arcade.hsn.com Please help if possible and thank you! I didn't know that deleting cookies would remove my scores and levels. Pure ignorance on my part.

Mozilla Firefox browser is default browser on iPhone 16 Plus. Having issues syncing contact information with Google Gmail on PC desktop computer. Having issues signing in to Ticketmaster cellular telephone application. Keep receiving pop-up window which states problem accessing Google account because the browser (Mozilla Firefox) is blocking everything. Google states Mozilla Firefox cookies are disabled. What are the steps needed to disable Mozilla Firefox browser cookies to allow cookies to be utilized?

I have one website that gives me a "Secure Connection Failed" If I click on the icon in the left address bar on mybrowser, I am given an option to "Clear cookies and site data" I click that and then appears a blue button at top that says "Clear" Now when I do a refresh of the tab, everything loads fine. This is Newsmax.com I read the news there. IS there a way to into Firefox settings and make an exception to https"//newsmax.com and make it so I don't have to keep clicking "Clear Site Data and Cookies" ? Thanks!

With the new organization of Settings, my list of cookies has disappeared. I was trying to delete cookies from a specific site, but when I go to that option in "settings," there is no list of cookies.

I have tried restarting both Firefox and my computer and the list is still missing.

Any suggestions on getting it back?

I cannot get into my online accounts, as I have always done for years. After I select the site, the screen looks like it is working, but then a new empty window pops up: the tab says "citi 400 Bad Request" At the top of the empty screen it says: Bad Request. Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I have a particularly infuriating problem. A few weeks back, Firefox stopped displaying my usernames and passwords whenever I wanted to log into a site. This coincided with my installing BitDefender, although I don't know why.

Through googling I eventually realised I could go into about:config to fix this. signon.rememberSignons displays as false, when I turn it to true it fixes the issue.

But here is the problem I can't solve. Everytime I restart firefox or my PC / Mac (I am using both, with a syncronised account on both windows and MacOS) it sets signon.rememberSignons to false AGAIN. Which means every single time I browse I have to go into about:config and fix this. Maddening.

Please can you help?
