I am running an iMac that is about eight years old.This afternoon my Firefox browser was taken over by a "warning" from "MacOS security center" that I should go to THEIR macOS support site to get my system unfrozen. The number they give is 1-877-xxx-xxxx. I cannot get this intruder to go away, even by restarting the computer.

Hello, After the last MacBook Pro M4 update my tabs keep disappearing. This is quite ANNOYING as I use ALL my tabs. Plus when I go to HISTORY there is NO Restore Previous session...so I am losing EVERYTHING. Do I just need to go out to another browser and make them my default? I can find NO help when I go out to your support for my problem. Thank you, Patty

This feature has suddenly appeared and I absolutely detest it! I don't need it, don't like it, don't want it! I have searched everywhere on how to disable it. PLEASE tell me there is an option to do that.

There are reports of conflicts between Firefox performance and Sequoia, how to resolve it? I would like to update from my current MacOS and I‘m not willing to give up Firefox as my primary browser. Could I get advice when it‘s save to update? Best regards RB

Multi-Account Tab is on longer loading. I uninstalled it, shutdown my computer, and restarted it, reloaded it back on. Unfortunately, it's still not working. I do have Tab Stash on my computer as well, and it not working either. I guess the two problems are related, but I thought I would start with Multi-Account because I didn't want to lose all my bookmarks.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how it fit this?

We have two Macbook Air computers, both using Firefox. On one of them the cursor no longer works on a particular website. Both laptops have Firefox 301.03.

The website tech help said Firefox was not compatible with their site but the problem is only one of the computers. What could be causing the problem?

After the most recent update of FF on Mac OS Sequoia, suddenly I am no longer able to login to either of my routers, because they require http and FF keeps forcing https.

This results in no login gui but instead an ‘unable to connect’ error message.

I have researched and tried every conceivable fix and nothing works (settings, about:config, cookies, cache, all of it.

I would have expected that simply adding exceptions in settings would work, but it simply doesn’t.

I can login via Safari, so this is clearly a FF issue. It even happens in Safe Mode.

Kind of at my wits end. Anyone have a fix.

I contacted Apple and they couldn't fix Firefox not working on my MacBook Pro (error: page can’t be displayed, server error). This started after I upgraded to iOS Sequoia 15.0. I disabled my VPN and also reinstalled the Firefox app and it is still not working. Apple says Mozilla may need to release a new update. Please advise what you or I can do to fix the issue. Note: I can access the Firefox page using Safari and Edge so it’s not an internet connection issue.

After recent update bookmarks disappeared. When I restore them and then close firefox developer edition the bookmarks toolbar is gone again. It seems like a bug in that recent update. Please advise.

If you could make suggestions on how to accomplish this. If you have other ideas, I would really appreciate it. I don't use cloud.

I have an Imac desktop. I can't send my vacation pictures to my relatives because they don't have smart phones.

When I clear History and cache, either using the menu or quitting the browser (which has the preference set to clear upon closing), then go back to the same Web site I was on, it uses an old version of the page not one that I revised and uploaded on the server. How do I force it to go look in the server anew, or stop using files that I thought I could clear.

I am using Firefox 115.150 esr or MAC 10.15.7.  Thank you.

I went to Ugsound.com accidently while using Firefox on my Imac. The Firefox warning came up immediately and I left the site. Did Firefox protect me from malicious virus or was it too late? I was on the site for maybe 7-8 seconds.

bold textbold text I absolutely cannot find a way to add website shortcuts to Firefox home page on a mac iOs Sonoma. Found several sets of directions, but nothing works. This is driving me crazy, so please tell me how to easily accomplish this using the tools of Mozilla for iOS Sonoma. Many thanks!

All of a sudden I am not able to download files on my MacbookPro in Firefox. I am using Version 126 on Mac OS 12.7.5 Monterey.

Downloads are working if I use Safari, but I do not use it. I just used it for testing purposes. Is anybody else having this problem? I've already "refreshed" Firefox per their suggestion.

It used to be that Firefox had different containers. I kept separate ones for shopping, banking, Facebook, etc. Now I had to erase my MacBook Pro IOS, and after a few days of trying to use Safari, I installed Firefox. But I can no longer see the possibility of using containers. I found them particuarly helpful when I had more than one account for a certain platform - with containers, I didn't need to sign out and sign in to switch users. It also (supposedly) kept Facebook from tracking our interests. Has Firefox done away with containers? Or have I simply forgotten what they are called (buckets, maybe?). I searched and searched the help articles to no avail. If they have done away with them, why?

By the way, Chrome (which I had to use at work) started offering a similar product and it was also very helpful.

When printing - print font continually changes. Is there a way to set the print font ?

When accessing print option, it is necessary to go in and out of print mode to get the page to print in desired font. Why is this happening, and is there a way to select a specific font where all printing will adhere to?
