Following my traumatic brain injury I do have a reading disability search that perusing your articles could take me up to a week.
As you see I am running Windows 10 on a laptop which Microsoft said I was good for another year using this OS. Your latest download executed and after 2 reboots continuously crashes after trying to view any of the five windows a browser I had open with multiple tabs in each.

How can i turn off auto account checking on startup so i can access my email settings to try and fix this?
I tried running it in safe mode and i get not responding there too! Can i access a profile folder and turn off auto email checking somehow?
After latest update firefox crashes constantly, won't sync bookmarks. Even now that I am trying to write on this page has crashed twice.

When we go to settings and select contact support it says the system crashed. I usually use firefox to download things, and watch videos, however, sometimes, when I change tabs, try to minimise firefox, close a pop up, even if I just pause a video, it randomly decides to instead completely freeze and require the app to be completely restarted, and it occasionally decides to roll back my search history.
In fact, Firefox crashed as I was writing this, i'm lucky my progress was saved, these issues have made firefox completely unusable about 70%-80% of the time, and i'm running out of browsers to switch to, opera is run on lies, chrome is just bad, and now firefox is dying.
Just for reference, no other application or web browser that has ever been on my current device has ever acted like this, I'm currently using a decent PC running Windows 10

After the most recent Thunderbird app update from Google play, the Thunderbird app crashes instantly and constantly on start up. I did restart, uninstall, reinstall, OS update, clear cache, smart clean and still the Thunderbird app crashes instantly on start up. The screen will flash a few times as the app attempts to start. But instantly a window pops up saying the app has unfortunately shutdown. I am at witts end. I have been using Thunderbird for years. Never had this happen before. Anyone have any ideas? Google suggests getting hold of Mozilla support because this is becoming an on going issue. Please help.

I emptied my email's trash, restarted my phone twice, and cleared the cache several times. The app is just inoperable.

As I write I am seriously considering walking away from using Firefox and advising all my friends to not use it.
Every time a programme does a update on my desktop, which is several times a week, it crashes Firefox and I get endless messages all day to keep rebooting Firefox.
It is getting extremely aggravating, frustrating and making me very annoyed.
This is supposed to be a modern browser with no big issues, supposedly easier to use than others? not on my desktop it is not and has not been for several months.
Please help me get past the opening screen for Thunderbird. The folder shows 72 messages, but I can't view them.
