Hello, My account has been restricted and I am unable to log in. I did not receive a clear explanation about why it was restricted. I use this account to sync my bookmarks and saved data, and I really need access again. Please help me understand why my account was restricted and what steps I need to take to recover it. Hello. I am trying to add a new provider, which means adding a new account. When I click "Add new account" it takes me to a page that asks me to enter my existing account. Does this mean the currently running account or the new account?

I am unable to use my download with my OS system. I would like a refund for the purchase I made an hour ago. I have seen the links to "how to request a refund" that you have provided for other users and i have followed those instructions and have been taken in circles on the website which just lead me back to this forum. I would like substantial instructions on how to get the refund.

Tried to create accounts for Microsoft and Apple today. But didn't succeed on Debian 13.3/140.8esr or Fedora 43/148.

Microsoft keeps asking for domain/username and Apple refuses password (but is correct)

I just changed my email address from [email 1 removed]@gmail.com to [email 2 removed]@gmail.com. However, [email 2 removed]@gmail.com was locked and I kindly request to have it unlocked. I prefer to use the new email address [email 2 removed]@gmail.com.

I would like to kindly request a refund as I was promised a money back guarantee. I was not at all happy with the macOS VPN software so would like to cancel/refund. Thanks

Firefox 140.10.2esr Windows 11

Opened Firefox this morning and it said I was using an old version of Firefox and it couldn't load my profile. I have always used the esr version.

I had a look at the compatibility.ini file under my profile and it had version 150.xx. Is that a bug with the last update?

To recover I backed up my profile then changed the compatibility version to the version of Firefox I am using. I was able to load my profile and while all my bookmarks and settings are there, my saved credentials are not. The key4.db and logins.json file are both still under my profile folder, they just don't seem to be recognised; no errors. Viewing the logins.json shows my encrypted credentials.

Does anyone know what is going on and how to resolve?

how get rid of win 10 support end remminder that has only started appearing since last update. if it is not removed i will take firefox to court. this pc supposedly does not support win 11 and i would never consider installing win 11 on any pc. i am not in a position to buy a new pc and i would not use win 11 anyway. you are clealy in cahoots with microsoft who are robbing bastards. i am contemplating going over to ubuntu. microsoft have clealy [expletive] themselves. typical american logic grab as much money as you can. if i cannot get rid of this reminder that has suddenly started appearing accross top of window. i will look for a different browser to use.
