I updated Thunderbird to version 151 yesterday and my Outlook e-mail and calendars did not port across to the new version. Re-installing the e-mail account was fairly simply using the account hub. However, trying to add my Outlook calendars to Thunderbird is proving to be much more difficult. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I opened Thunderbird today (technically Betterbird, I don't *think* any of the Betterbird differences would affect this) and my calendar is wider than the screen itself. I have no idea how to fix this. It might've happened because last time it was open, my laptop was connected to a larger monitor. I've attached a picture.

(I wasn't really sure what to select for the question topic; I went with accessibility because the issue is obviously affecting my usage.)

I don't know what to do when February 29 is in my calendar, 2026 is not a leap year. I've found nothing to help me. I have the latest version if Thunderbird. Thanks

I have daily tasks that I dismiss every morning. When I open the Tasks tab, all the dismissed tasks are still there. Is there a delete the completed tasks so they don't clutter the task list? The attached image shows my list of dismissed task, all in red.

Trying to sync my outlook and gmail calendars in Thunderbird 140.10.1 and consistently getting an error I haven't seen before: "status.Settings.138". I was adjusting the width of the calendar list, and every time I clicked on the adjuster icon (that line and arrow that you slide to grow or reduce area), the line moved to the right automatically, until the line went to the far right side and all you see is the sidebar. I can't slide it back.

I have quit Thunderbird and re-launched, and also restarted the Mac. No change.

I want to use TB to access my GMX CalDAV calendar. Basically, this works fine. But completed Todos disappear from the list after a day or so ("Show completed tasks" is checked). If I export the whole calendar to a ICS file, the todos are included though.

Is this a bug or is there a configuration where I can change that behaviour?

i used the new feature to add my icloud calenders to thunderbird. that works fine. But the existing icloud Birthday calender was not separately choosable and dose not appear in thunderbird. what do do? Thank you!!

The today pane shows the incorrect date details. Today it shows Thursday 23 March 2018. Today is Friday 23 March 2018. When I open the calendar it shows today is Thursday 22 March 2018 and the date in the panel at the bottom right hand corner shows 22 and not 23.

The today pane shows the wrong day/date, typically yesterday. I need to restart thunderbird to get i correct. Clicking the o in the <o> thingy does nothing. This has happened multiple times.

My PCs date and time is correct. My thunderbird calendar location is the correct city.

version 91.6.0 32bit (no idea why 32bit, this is 64bit windows 10)

Is it possible to have my Outlook calender (the email is already in thunderbird) in my thunderbird and the calender should be editable and when I add events, I also want it to show on my calender in Outlook. TBSync is not working anymore. Please help me!

hi all. if i create a new blank Task it automatically pre-selects today's date as the start date, and if i create a Task from an email it sets the date the email was received as the start date. i know can filter tasks lists, and hide columns, but the real issue is how it looks on the calendar; with the fixed start date, setting a due date in a month's time results in a fixed, ongoing task for a month. is there any plugin or setting that will just stop TB setting a start date that i can't change, or letting me explicitly set it myself?

Apple ID and password are saved in Thunderbird but every time I open Thunderbird it now askd for apple ID & password. Was working OK originally about 3 months ago but itn the last 2-3 weeks has started to ask for this info, If I type it in with my apple ID and the apple specific password then the calendar opens. It I say save password the next time I open Thunderbird it asks for Apple ID and password. and so on and so on.....

My iCal calendar has been connected to Thunderbird for ages and the connection has survived several updates on both ends. The Server is Nextcloud (currently 32.0.0.13). In the Today pane next to my Inbox I always have the "Tasks" view open. Creating, editing and completing tasks works as it always did. But some time ago (I don't know when exactly) all options in the "Filter Tasks" sub menu became greyed out. This used to work and I'm not aware of any change I made.

The same happened on my other system which runs Thunderbird 149.0 as the ubuntu-snap-build supplied by Ubuntu on Ubuntu 24.04.

Is there something I can do or is this a Thunderbird bug?
